Stencil art is so last Tues. Viva la revolution>  Urban installation - digital flash magazine documenting 3d street art (sometimes also referred  to as debris). Needs more work to make it a great deal but the idea is ripe and full of bossom, not necessarily a new one and with artists coming into their own prominence like sydney's mini graff the  future vol. should B gr8 - actually i still really like stencil art.>
