I'm not normally into sales, but this is a product worthy of advocation. I've had a stream of problems trying to get music or sound samples off my mini disc recording device into my mac. One reason is Sony doesn't support Mac, so I've had the time consuming process of using garageband to record everything off my mini disc at full sample size, which chokes my mac, then export to itunes and convert to AAC file format. But this little beauty not only dumps it to any location on your mac including any playlist in itunes, it file converts to 4 different formats on the fly. AND not only does it take any mic or external recording device it also has internal recording, so for example you might record a bit of jazz from your favourite web station as you go or, like those two sample songs barnaby put up from Goodshirt.. just play them and record them. Brilliant. Not bad that Fiji Baby either.
