Venice is one of those places where you never know what you are going to come across around the next corner - and never could that be more true than during the Biennale. Or possibly the Carnivale, but for slightly different reasons. I was lucky enough to make it to the Biennale this year, and around one corner we came across this stunning, shimmering curtain of gold. On closer inspection the gold turned out to be flattened out caps from bottles of gin made by celebrated Nigerian based artist El Anatsui . Lovely.
